Iraqi businessman Tomah Kahled has put up for sale the residential project prepared on the site of the former Energo-Reparatii enterprise near Carol Park in the center of Bucharest, due to the blockade that appeared at the mayor’s office regarding the approval of the Zonal Urban Plans.
The land of 8,800 sqm, together with the related project is put up for sale with EUR 13.5 million.
The land allows the construction of a complex with 350 apartments and two commercial spaces on the ground floor, plus two basements for 350 parking spaces and 100 above-ground parking lots. The total investment costs in this project were estimated at almost EUR 39 million.
