CBRE hired Tomáš Pícha as a new land acquisition specialist for its industrial and logistics department. Due to increasing customer demand and the difficulty of obtaining land and land permits in the Czech Republic, CBRE has decided to extend its land acquisition services. Pícha has been working in real estate since 2012. He worked in the public sector, where at the Czech Ministry of Defence he dealt with many types of properties. He has experience in selling real estate, expert opinions, plat maps and land registries, with a general overview of the property market. CBRE will uses his knowledge to create a database of land suitable for industry and logistics and new warehouses, including the option of using brownfields.
