Immofinanz appointed Tomáš Stařík country manager of operations for the Czech Republic. Stařík will be responsible for asset management of office and retail properties in Immofinanz’s Czech portfolio. He will report directly to the Immofinanz board in Vienna. Stařík has a 10-year track record in real estate, having worked more than three years for CBRE. He joins Immofinanz from HB Reavis, where he specialized in leasing and acquisitions.
