Tomasz Paszkowski has been appointed associate director of the corporate finance and valuation department at Savills. He will be responsible for advising clients interested in new asset classes such as purpose-built student accommodation, senior housing and institutional rental apartments. Prior to joining Savills, Paszkowski worked in the real estate departments at PwC and Deloitte. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, where he also completed his postgraduate studies in real estate valuation. He is a property valuer and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
