TomTom, a global leader in navigation, traffic view and map products, has signed a lease on nearly 1,000 sqm of office space at the Orion Business Tower in Łódź. JLL advised the tenant, while NAI Estate Fellows acted on behalf of the landlord.
Orion Business Tower offers around 10,000 sqm of office space on 16 floors. Located in the Łódź city center, near Galeria Łódzka, the project provides easy access to the city’s airport as well as the Fabryczna and Kaliska railway stations.
