Toolport, the European retailer of tents and pavilions, has leased 5,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at Logistic City in Piotrków Trybunalski. AXI IMMO represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Logistic City in Piotrków Trybunalski is a modern logistics center with an area of 136,000 sqm. In addition to existing facilities, the owner has room to build an additional 270,000 sqm of logistics and warehouse space.
