The construction company Top Crane Solution has launched the second phase of development of a residential complex of villas located outside Cluj-Napoca, in Sub Coastă, Apahida. TCS – Urban Villas will expand with 14 housing units, with variable surfaces and prices, whose cumulative market value amounts to approximately EUR 3 million.
At the moment, the company has all the necessary approvals for the construction, so the works will start in the following days. The 14 villas are scheduled for completion at the end of 2023.
TCS – Urban Villas is the first residential project developed by the Top Crane Solution team.
