The Top Estates development group is expanding to neighboring Slovakia. At the end of last year, she completed the entry into the important project Portum Towers, which will grow in the vibrant skyscraper district of Bratislava called Downtown. The total investment within this unique residential project located in the center of Bratislava will exceed CZK 4.1 billion. Top Estates thus fulfill their intention to operate and build in Prague, Brno and Bratislava.
The Portum project is part of the so-called new center of Bratislava on the Danube coast, whose ambition will be complemented by the timeless architecture of the project and the technical design. “Thanks to its lucrative location, it is one of the most prestigious addresses in Bratislava. A similar project has no analogues in Slovakia, we are excited about its uniqueness, which we want to further improve. For future people interested in apartments, we are preparing many news that we want to present in the coming months. It is another big challenge for us, when we will implement another premium project and we are looking forward to it, “says Petr Teplý, co-founder of Top Estates.

Two slender high-rise residential towers of the Portum project will be built on an exposed site among other skyscrapers in an exclusive part of the city, which is moving Bratislava into the league of Western-style cities. The multifunctional residence will offer its residents not only a high standard of apartments and common areas, but also above-standard services such as wellness, swimming pool and more. The project emphasizes comfort, safety and will also pay attention to the acoustic properties of the building to ensure the greatest possible privacy of residents. During the construction of individual apartments, it will be possible to meet the specific requirements of clients, the housing mix is not fixed. An integral part of the project is the surrounding park offering a place for outdoor relaxation. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall, with completion scheduled for the turn of 2025 and 2026.
The Top Estates development group is currently building a premium Barrandez-vous residential complex in Prague’s Barrandov, and in the autumn of the year it announced its entry into the Brno market, where it is preparing three projects.
