Top Estates development group is starting the construction of the second phase of Barrandez-Vous, which will result in the construction of another apartment building in Prague within two years, with almost 50 flats and views of the entire metropolis. The new building will harmoniously integrate the existing residential complex and build on the successful first phase, which has won many prestigious awards for architecture and public space.
The sought-after 2+kk flats and larger family flats with gardens and terraces will still be represented in the new building and, thanks to its hilltop location, will provide unique views of Prague and its surroundings. The main architects of the project are Erika and Vladimír Vašut from Under-construction architects and Ferdinand Leffler with the team of Atelier Flera.
