Barrandez-vous is the latest residential project to take advantage of the popularity of the Prague 5 Barrandov neighborhood. Developed by the company Topestates, the project includes two apartment buildings that will offer 169 flats in a wide variety of sizes. Construction is due to begin at the end of the summer with completion planned for 2023 following an investment of around CZK 750 million. “Our goal is to create a project that will be near the center of Prague while still offering residents sufficient peace and quiet, greenery and opportunities for relaxing in a new park,” said Petr Teply, co-founder of Topestates. A running track and play area for kids will also be built as part of the project. The two buildings will offer space for stores and services on the ground floor along with underground parking for residents. It’s been designed by the Under-Construction architectural studio, whose references include work on the Vaclav Havel Airport in Ruzyne. Sales began in June.
