Topmost Investments, controlled by the Israeli billionaire Teddy Sagi, bought the Polona 68 Business Center in Bucharest for €17m. The acquisition follows the company’s purchase of the Swan office building in Bucharest’s Pipera Nord neighborhood last year for €30m. Topmost acquired Swan from Transilvania Insolvency House.
