Skylight Residence, the company owned by the Topolinski family of investors, obtained an authorization to build a commercial complex on the Aversa land in the Obor area of the Capital.
“Out of the total area, we allocated a 10,418 sqm lot for the commercial area. We have obtained the building permit for this project and we are currently considering several options, including building on our own and keeping the project as an investment,” said Michel Topolinski.
The company will start construction work on a primary school, office buildings and the first phase of the residential component in September 2023.
