The topping out ceremony was held for the second phase of Business Garden in Warsaw. The last phase of the project includes five buildings, totaling 56,000 sqm of office space, which will be available for lease at the beginning of 2017. The buildings were designed by JSK using modern design and technical solutions in accordance with the LEED Platinum certification standards. Vastint Poland is the project’s investor and developer. The general contractor is Hochtief Polska.
