Bulgarian construction company Torin-Tonchev is building a new residential project in Sofia’s Ovcha Kupel district. Designed by Lyubomir Georgiev, the six-story residential building, underway on Zagreb street, is scheduled for completion this fall.
The scheme will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. A special hydraulic lift will take cars to the building’s underground parking garage.
