Total modern office stock in Kraków, Wrocław, the Tri-City area, Katowice, Poznań, Łódź, Szczecin and Lublin at the end of the first quarter amounted to 5.5 million sqm, according to PINK (Polska Izba Nieruchomości Komercyjnych). The largest regional office markets are Kraków with 1,455,300 sqm, Wrocław with 1,186,100 sqm and the Tri-City area with 838,600 sqm. Total leasing activity in the first quarter of 2020 amounted to 220,300 sqm, which is 24 percent more than in the previous quarter and 70 percent more than the same quarter last year. The most space was leased in Kraków (62,100 sqm). The largest transactions executed in the first quarter included Fujitsu Technology Solutions’ 16,300 sqm pre-lease at the Fuzja building in Łódź, a 14,500 sqm deal by a confidential client at Tertium Business Park in Kraków and a 12,100 sqm deal by another confidential client at Alchemia Neon in Gdańsk, according to PINK.
