The total office stock in 艁贸d藕 is set to surpass 500,000 sqm in the second half of this year, placing the city almost on par with Katowice and Pozna艅, but behind Tricity, Wroc艂aw and Krak贸w, according to Savills. By comparison, Warsaw has 5.54 million sqm of office space. At the end of June, 艁贸d藕鈥檚 office stock totaled 496,700 sqm, of which more than 40 percent was delivered since 2015, writes Savills.
