Total office take-up in Lublin hit a record 14,100 sqm in 2018, up 61 percent from the previous year, according to Cushman & Wakefield. Lublin’s total office stock reached more than 194,200 sqm, following the completion of three office buildings: Spokojna 2 (Orion, 18,600 sqm), CZ Office Park C (Centrum Zana, 5,000 sqm) and Point 75 (K-Investment, 1,800 sqm). Lublin’s vacancy rate at the end of 2018 was 15.4 percent, the highest of Poland’s nine largest office markets, despite a 4.2-percent decrease in the last 12 months due to strong leasing activity. This trend is likely to continue this year as only one office completion, offering approximately 2,600 sqm, is set for delivery, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
