Toyota Material Handling Hungary signed a lease on 2,300 sqm of warehouse and office space at IPD Group’s South Base I logistics center in Dunaharaszti, near Budapest. The landlord was represented by Colliers International during the transaction. The property is now fully leased. ”IPD Group’s logistics center South Base I is a high-quality property which satisfies the needs of the Toyota brand, thanks to its features and easy accessibility from the M0 ring road,” says Csaba Dobos, senior associate of the industrial agency at Colliers International.
