TPG Katowice, a subsidiary of the Teleperformance Group, took 2,300 sqm of office space at GPP Business Park in Katowice. The company plans to open a technical and IT support center for external clients in the Alder building by the end of October. The new center will add up to 250 new jobs to the local labor market. Alder is the third building within the GPP Business Park complex. The project is located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone on Konduktorska street. The complex offers 25,000 sqm of office space and secured a BREEAM Outstanding certification.
