Trammell Crow Residential Co. has announced plans to build a $50 million apartment complex near the Fashion Square Mall in Orlando. The project, Alexan at Audubon, will have 356 units in six three- and four-story buildings along with a pool, clubhouse, maintenance building and garages. Located at 3710 Maguire Blvd, the 17-acre site houses the 40,000 sqf Anthem College that is currently being demolished. Firms involved with the project include Charlan Brock & Associates Inc. as the architect, Kimley-Horn & Associates Inc. as the engineer and Dix.Hite + Partners Inc. as the landscape architect
