Transcom WorldWide will open an office next week in Zagreb. The Swedish company intends to hire nearly 300 people by the end of 2019. The office will provide telemarketing services, tele-sales and direct sales services to clients from various sectors, including telecommunication, finance, tourism, insurance and retail. Transcom WorldWide started operating in Croatia in 2005. It has offices in Vukovar, Osijek, Pula and Vinkovci and employs more than 1,000 people in the country.
