The oil transport company Transpeco, one of the main businesses of the family of Cristian Borcea, the former owner of the Dinamo Bucharest football club, is preparing the development of a premium residential complex near Petrom City, Bucharest.
Transpeco owns a plot of land of about 9,000 sqm, for which it has started to promote a Zonal Urban Plan in order to build a residential complex. Over 270 premium apartments can be built on this land.
Transpeco Logistics & Distribution is divided equally between Elena Borcea, Cristian Borcea’s mother, and Corneliu Gâdoiu.
