Carr Properties has selected Transwestern as leasing agent for the firm’s new 358,000 sqf office building in downtown Bethesda, Maryland. Located at 7272 Wisconsin Ave., the development is part of an approximately 937,000 sqf mixed-use project scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2020. Designed by architect Shalom Baranes Associates, the project will feature direct access to the Bethesda Metro Station and future Purple Line, a fitness center overlooking Wisconsin Avenue and a covered outdoor portico. At 290 feet, the 23-story property will be one of the tallest in downtown Bethesda and will also include two residential towers with 460 units, 14,572 sqf of retail space and a shared parking facility. Executive Managing Directors Phil McCarthy and Keith Foery are Transwestern’s listing agents.
