Trei broke ground on the second phase of the Osiedle Bacciarellego 54 residential project in Wroclaw. The investment is located in the city’s Biskupin-Bartoszewice district and will include in total 14 buildings. The second stage will feature three buildings offering 27 apartments. The units will range in size from 41 sqm to 81 sqm. The property is close to Szczytnicki and Biskupinski parks. Completion is set for the fourth quarter of 2021. The general contractor of the project is AWM Budownictwo.
