A subsidiary of Indotek Group, Trevelin Holding, became the majority owner of logistics and warehousing company Waberer. Indotek Group is known for spearheading the consortium of Hungarian companies that recently placed a bid to purchase Budapest Airport. “Indotek Group has a strategic goal to further diversify its portfolio. We are confident that the acquired warehouses and decades of experience in logistics will strengthen our position and move us upward” said Marcell Pintyoke, Indotek Group Marketing manager, in a press release.
