Tri-City signs 73,800 sqm of office in H1

Tri-City is the fourth largest office market in Poland, having secured 73,800 sqm in leases during the first six months of 2017, according to JLL’s latest report. The biggest transactions included Energa Group’s 15,100 sqm lease renewal, Amazon’s renewal and expansion of 7,100 sqm at Olivia Business Centre and the pre-lease signed by Swarovski for 6,100 sqm at Yoko. “Kraków, Wrocław and Tri-City jointly account for nearly 80 percent of demand registered on major regional markets outside Warsaw. The high level of interest in modern office space stems from the debuts of investors from the business services sector,” said Marcin Faleńczyk, head of JLL’s Tri-City office.
