The Czech developer Trigema completed Rezidence 3D, a residential project on Dolnocholupická street in Prague’s Modřany district. The project offers 29 apartments in three villas. “The market is flooded with cheap and small units. We decided to bet on a different product,” said Trigema’s CEO Marcel Soural. Of the 29 units only five were unsold by completion. Prices ranged from CZK 3m for studios to approximately CZK 8.6m for large four- to five-room apartments.
