The contractor Trigema has achieved a record profit of CZK 93m in 2011. Its turnover increased by 27 percent y-o-y to CZK 1.02bn. Half of the turnover originated from Trigema’s own investments, according to Marcel Soural, CEO of the developer and construction company. Trigema completed and sold the third phase of the Barevné Letňany residential project. It also built an apartment building in Modřany – Prague, and started construction on Rezidence 3D in Modřany. Finally, the developer completed and leased Science and Technology park in Roztoky.
