Trigema secured a use permit for its residential project CLB@Letňany, which broke ground in late 2015. The developer claims the project, located in Prague 18, is nearly sold out, with 74 out of 75 units taken. The flats in the 14-story apartment building range from 34 sqm to 119 sqm. The developer conceived the project to meet the criteria of the Smart Living (Chytré bydlení) category, as it is equipped with energy-saving technologies such as individual recuperation and triple-glazed windows. The project offers three service retail units, two of which have already been sold. The project, located a five-minute walk from the Letňany metro station, was designed by Ateliér Smitka. Trigema Building oversaw construction.
