Trigema has started construction on an apartment house on Čistovická street in Prague 6 called CSV@Řepy. The smart housing project, featuring an intelligent remote control system for the units and energy-saving technologies, was designed by ADNS architects, with interior design delivered by OOOOX studio. The scheme includes 24 flats ranging from one to four rooms. Prices will start at CZK 85,000/sqm. Sales are set to launch in fall 2017 after the developer secures a use permit for the project. This is Trigema’s second smart housing (“chytré bydlení”) project, following BLV@Horní Měchlupy in Prague 10, which broke ground in June.
