In the Joseph strategic industrial zone in Havran u Mostu, the construction of a plant for the production of thermal and impact insulation by Fibran will begin in the near future. The project for less than CZK 260 million, which will become a source of new job opportunities in northern Bohemia, will be implemented by Trigema.
Fibran’s thermal and impact insulation plant will have an area of around 17,000 sqm after completion. It will consist of a production hall and other spaces, such as offices, a gatehouse and other equipment. Currently, landscaping and preparation of facilities for the construction itself are being done here, which should start this spring.
Prefabricated structures and panel cladding will be used as building materials for the production hall. In the case of other buildings, these will be monolithic structures in combination with linings. Fibran products will also be used directly in the construction.
The general designer, architect and author of the building, which participates with the investor in the preparation of the new complex, is the company Loxia. The construction contractor is Trigema. Completion of the entire construction is planned for next spring. However, the relocation of the production line is planned for the summer of this year. The total investment costs will reach CZK 257.6 million.
“The construction of the Fibran plant includes not only the construction of a modern workplace in the form of a production hall with laboratories, but also the company’s headquarters. It will include a viewing platform for the entire complex, which will be on the roof of the office building. With Loxia, who developed a comprehensive design from the first sketches to the implementation project, Trigema is actively involved in modifying some technical solutions. The whole plant for hundreds of millions of crowns will stand in the vicinity of the premises of other important world brands, “says Ing. Radim Šponar, sales director of the construction company Trigema Building, which is part of the Trigema group.
