TriGranit Group established two new companies, Granit Invest Vagyonkezelő and Granit Holding, in a move totalling HUF 26bn. TriGranit has not yet announced which of its properties will be handled by the new companies. The new additions will be led Sándor Nyúl, a member of Trigranit’s board, and Zsolt Völker, the CEO of Trigranit Management. Granit Invest is owned by Europolus Holding, while Granit Holding is owned by Mogul Consulting, Lapoma and Jarinco Holdings.
