Building G, the seventh phase of the Bonarka for Business complex in Kraków, has been handed over to Euroclear, a Belgian financial services company. The eight-story class A office building offers 10,000 sqm of GLA. Euroclear had been leasing Building C since 2012 before deciding to move to Building G, a built-to-suit development by TriGranit. Bonarka for Business will include 10 office buildings with a total leasable area of 95,000. The scheme is valued at €200m.
