TriGranit, HB Reavis compete for PKP’s Wrocław contract

TriGranit and HB Reavis will compete over the next public contract from the Polish State Railways (PKP) for its site in Wrocław. The two consortiums, led by the two developers, have just advanced to the second stage of the tender process. PKP is expected to name its next partner in the investment in the first half of 2015.

In the fight for the latest significant public contract, HB Reavis has joined forces with Polcom Investment, while TriGranit Polska is leading a consortium made up of Archicom and Anguloa Trading Limited. The investment involves the commercialization of a 28ha plot site in the center of Wrocław.
