TriGranit’s office development pipeline currently exceeds 140,000 sqm, and the company is planning to break ground on 80,000 sqm of leasable space in Central Europe next year. The Hungarian real estate platform celebrated its 20th anniversary year with development activities primarily in Poland, while focusing on several project preparations in Central Europe and widespread leasing activities. TriGranit handed over Building G, the seventh building in the Bonarka for Business office complex in Kraków, offering 10,000 sqm of space, at the beginning of the year and started construction on Building H in October. The company concluded lease renewals and expansions on almost 22,000 sqm GLA office space, and closed new leases on more than 8,000 sqm.
