The EC Powiśle project is changing hands, according to Polish media outlets, with White Star and Tristan Capital Partners set to take over the scheme. The investment is a revitalization of an historic power plant as well as a new development. In all, the scheme is expected to offer 41,000 sqm of office, retail and residential space. The seller is Hochtief, with APA Wojciechowski architectural office having completed the design. Both sides have refused to offer any information on the transaction.
