The NEOS 20 Business Park, owned by Tristan Capital Partners, will be the first WELL-certified business park in Spain. Savills Aguirre Newman has begun the certification process for the 4-building complex that offers approximately 40,000 sqm of space.
WELL certificates use evidence-based measurements to optimize health and well-being parameters of a building to ensure the comfort of those who work in it.
