European Property Investors Special Opportunities 3 (EPISO 3), advised by Tristan Capital Partners, acquired a retail and office building in Oslo for about €73m from the Nordic fund and investment manager Genesta.
Located on Grensen street, the building offers approximately 14,000 sqm of space. Tenants include Finn, Norway’s largest e-commerce company and Tidal, the new music streaming service recently acquired by American music mogul Jay-Z.
“The Norwegian retail market is experiencing significant change, with a high level of interest in the city from large international retailers. Strong demand for office space in Oslo and a limited development pipeline will also underpin future rental growth for the investment,” said Daniel Harris of Tristan Capital Partners.
Thommessen acted as legal counsel for EPISO 3, while BER Byggteknisk Rådgivning advised on technical issues. Malling & Co Eiendomskapital AS advised Tristan Capital Partners, while Akershus Eiendom advised Genesta.
