Tritax Big Box has announced the acquisition of the Kellogg’s 28,949 sqm distribution center, located in Trafford Park in Manchester, for GBP 23.5 million. According to Tritax, Trafford Park is one of the “largest and most successful business parks in Europe.” It has good transport links including a rail terminal and is located close to Manchester Airport and the M60 for access to the European mainland as well as the UK. The logistics park is also located close to Kellogg’s largest UK production park in Barton Dock Road. The company will remain the tenants of the facility.
