Tritax EuroBox has acquired a prime logistics facility in Strykow, 15 km northeast of Lódź, for €55m. The property, developed by Panattoni Europe, is currently leased to Castorama Polska, part of Kingfisher Group. “This is another example from a wide range of investment opportunities available in the logistics sector where Panattoni is a key developer and partner to investors and investment managers. The market is driven by profound transformation of the global supply chain and manufacturing patterns,” said Robert Dobrzycki, CEO of Panattoni Europe.
