Tritax EuroBox has sold its 101,000 sqm warehouse leased to Castorama in Lodz to South Korean clients of Savills Investment Management, the VESALF I. The cost of the deal is EUR 65.5 million. The investment was originally acquired by Tritax in April 2019 and comprised a forward funding pre-lease development opportunity to expand the existing site by a further 52,000 sqm, which was completed in May 2019. Castorama’s lease will continue for another 6.7 years.
