Triuva has acquired Junghof Plaza, an ongoing development project in Frankfurt am Main. The property, located at Junghofstrasse 14-16, was purchased for approximately €400m. The seller is a joint venture of a fund by FGI Frankfurter Gewerbeimmobilien and PGIM Real Estate. Once completed in 2019, the property will offer 20,800 sqm of office, 7,600 sqm of hospitality and 3,000 sqm of retail and services. Tenants will include Clifford Chance, Ruby Hotels and L’Osteria. BNPPRE advised the buyer, while Cushman & Wakefield acted for the seller.
