Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft has bought the Meandris office building at Europa-Allee 48-54 in Frankfurt am Main from Strabag Real Estate in an off-market transaction. The total investment is around €105m. The seven-storey core property, constructed in 2014, offers over 21,000 sqm of rental space and 300 parking spaces. The main tenants of Meandris are Ed. Züblin AG, Strabag Property and Facility Services and the pharmaceuticals company Otsuka. Triuva received legal support from Hogan Lovells International LLP. Drees & Sommer provided technical support for the buyer. Clifford Chance Deutschland LLP acted as legal consultants for the seller.
