CBRE has helped Triuvia re-enter the Prague property market through the acquisition of the Five building located near Anděl in Prague 5’s Smíchov district. The Frankfurt based company acquired the property from Skanska in one of the biggest real estate deals on the Czech market in 2017. Other major deals this year included the sale of Škodův Palác in Prague´s center as well as the Futurama office complex and Oasis Florenc at Karlín. Chris Sheils, Head of Investment Properties at CBRE, believes that the annual volume of investments on the Czech real estate market will exceed €3.3bn this year.
Five is a new technologically advanced office project with a LEED Platinum certification. The 14,400 square metre property is already fullly leased; 80 percent of the building is occupied by MSD IT Global Innovavation Hub, a global leader in healthcare and one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies, remaining spaces are occupied by Rosche Diagnostics, EBM Group, U1 and Sodexo.
