Six months prior to its opening, Cushman & Wakefield claims to have leased 90 percent of the retail space on offer in the mixed-use scheme City Arena in Trnava.
The 120 units on offer have attracted a collection of the region’s standard shopping malls, including Billa, H&M, New Yorker, Reserved, Mojito, Sinsay, CC and Deichmann. Up-market brands like DKNY, Calvin Klein, Guess and Tommy Hilfiger have also agreed to open stores at the new mall, whose multiplex will be operated by Cinemax.
Next to the mall, the project will offer 2,300 sqm of office, a hotel with 45 beds and a parking garage for 1,000 cars. The adjacent football stadium, after which the mall is named, will have capacity for 19,900 fans following a complete renovation and modernization.
