Trnavské Mýto in Bratislava to change into transport and cultural hub

Bratislava’s Trnavské Mýto area is set to undergo a thorough transformation over the next few years. Mayor Ivo Nesrovnal says he considers the area one of the capital’s key transport and social hubs, and it needs better transport solutions, adding that revitalizing the Filiálka railway station could help, writes trend.sk. Plans for the reconstruction of Trnavské Mýto’s Istropolis complex by its new owners, YIT and Immocap Group, will also be unveiled before the end of the year. The developers are planning to launch an international architectural contest for the future design of the cultural complex.
