Newly rebranded TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, formerly IVG Institutional Funds, has completed the sale of City Point, an 8,000 sqm A class office building in Pankrac in Prague 4. The building’s key tenants are O2 and AXA. The parties have agreed that the building will be managed by Mint Investments, which acquired it on behalf of a large European investitution. While the yield has not been released, however, the reported volume is estimated to be around €16m. TRUIVA was advised commercially by JLL while Schonherr provided legal advice.
