The contractor Doprastav is for sale. The construction company may be taken over by Tubau, a company specializing in tunnel construction. Its majority shareholder Vladimir Ondriš hopes he will get a loan from Poštova banka, belonging to J&T, in order to buy the struggling company, which has been going through a restructuring. Doprastav is currently finalizing four large construction orders and needs to get new business because the uncertainty over the company’s future is complicating the sale. Poštová banka has been financing Tubau’s activities since 2011, writes Trend.sk.
