Tulipa Třebešín residential project starts final 5th phase

7 September 2021

The development company AFI Europe has completed the rough construction of the fifth and at the same time the last stage of the Tulipa Třebešín residential project. It is intended purely for rental housing and concludes extensive construction on a 5-hectare urban brownfield in Prague 3 – Strašnice. The building will offer a total of 61 housing units in layouts from 1 + kk to 3 + kk with an expected completion date in Q3 2022. The general contractor is Imos Brno. AFI Europe’s total investment in Phase 5 will exceed CZK 250 million.

“Currently, we already have three rental projects under construction in the metropolis with approximately 550 apartments. The tenement house in the Tulipa Třebešín project is more intimate, so its rough construction was the first to be completed. Potential tenants can look forward to a wide range of apartments with thoughtful layouts, plenty of storage space and daylight,” comments Elena Pisotchi, AFI Europe’s sales and marketing manager, adding: “Property prices are still rising and owner-occupied housing does not provide the next generation of millennials personal life that this generation requires. Our goal is to meet them in this direction and create a modern home that offers not only the necessary comfort, but also greater flexibility and freedom in decision-making.”

Rental apartments will have the same standards as apartments for sale in the previous phases of Tulipa Třebešín, where 750 standard apartments have already been completed and completely sold. The last 10 large units in luxury townhouses remain on offer. The project is located at the Třebešín bus stop, just a few minutes’ drive from the Želivského metro station. It also includes a park and a kindergarten with a capacity for 60 children. There will also be several retail units on the ground floor in the rental residence, which will practically complement the civic amenities in the area.
