An additional 12,200 sqm of new storage space was delivered to Tulipan Park Poznań in the middle of August with the delivery of the project’s second phase. The space will be taken by the company FlexLink, a production logistics solution provider. The company plans to open its center this month.
Tulipan Park Poznan now provides 127,000 sqm of warehouse space to the local property market, and the owner Segro expects to add another 23,000 sqm of storage and production space. The plot, located in the vicinity of the A2 motorway to Berlin, has the potential for up to 100,000 sqm of additional real estate.
